1. Who we are
Nookly is operated by FURNDECO FURNITURE LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“we”, “us”). Our company registration details and registered address are on the Legal Information page. You can contact us at support@furndecofurniture.shop or +852 2590 0268.
2. What Nookly is
Nookly is an online tool that generates stylised isometric illustrations of small rooms. You choose a room type, a style preset and a main colour, optionally describe objects to include and add a name plaque, and Nookly produces a PNG image you can download. Every image is created by an artificial-intelligence image model and is labelled as AI-generated (see AI Disclosure).
Nookly illustrations are artwork. They are not interior-design, architectural, safety or furniture-buying advice, and furniture shown in them is not for sale and does not depict any real product.
3. Who can use Nookly
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and to any paid plan.
- You must give accurate account details and keep your sign-in link and email account secure.
- You may not use Nookly if you are barred from receiving services under the laws that apply to you, including applicable sanctions.
4. Plans and allowances
| Plan | Price | Images per month | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | US$0 | 3 | All 12 styles; Watermarked, low resolution (640 px); Personal use only |
| Corner | US$5.99 USD / month | 40 | No watermark; Standard resolution (1254 px); Commercial use |
| Loft | US$12.99 USD / month | 150 | No watermark; HD (2048 px); Transparent background PNG; Commercial use |
| Estate | US$26.99 USD / month | 400 | No watermark; HD (2048 px); Transparent background PNG; Phone and desktop wallpaper sizes; Commercial use |
- One image is counted each time a generation successfully returns a room. Re-finishing a room you already made (changing its plaque, file type or wallpaper size) is not counted. Failed generations are not counted.
- Allowances reset at the start of each billing month (for Free, on the 1st of each calendar month). Unused images do not roll over, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- The Free plan needs no card and never converts into a paid plan automatically.
- We may apply fair technical limits, such as generation speed, to protect the service for everyone. These never reduce the number of images your plan includes.
5. Prices, payment and taxes
- All prices are in United States dollars (USD). The price shown when you subscribe is the price you pay.
- Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Hong Kong does not charge sales tax. If the law of your country requires a consumption tax on digital services, it is calculated and shown to you before you confirm payment.
- Charges appear on your statement as NOOKLY.
- There are currently no promotions, discounts, free trials or introductory prices. If we run one, its terms will be shown next to the offer before you take it up.
6. Automatic renewal
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Your plan renews automatically every month at the then-current price and your payment method is charged on each renewal date until you cancel. Before you subscribe, we show you the price, the renewal period, how to cancel and our refund terms, and ask you to confirm them. We email a receipt after every charge.
If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the change affects you. The new price applies from your first renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then without paying it.
7. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account page, in one step. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and you will not be charged again. How refunds work is set out in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Delivery
Nookly is supplied digitally. Your allowance becomes available as soon as payment is confirmed, and images are delivered as downloads in your browser. Nothing is shipped. See the Digital Delivery Policy.
9. Your content and our content rules
- You are responsible for the text you type into Nookly (room extras and plaque text). Don't enter anything you don't have the right to use.
- You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, Nookly will not produce real brands' products or logos, documents such as IDs or invoices, real or identifiable people, imitations of a living artist's style, or sexual or violent content. Requests that break these rules are refused before they reach the model and do not use your allowance.
- Nookly has no photo upload feature. We do not use the text you enter or the images you make to train AI models.
10. Who owns the images and how you can use them
As between you and us, you may use images you generate under the Image Licence: Free-plan images for personal, non-commercial use; images made on Corner, Loft or Estate for personal and commercial use. You must not remove the AI-generation metadata in order to pass an image off as a photograph or as made without AI. Because AI images can resemble other images and some jurisdictions do not grant copyright in AI-generated works, we can't promise that an image is unique or protected by copyright.
The Nookly name, logo, website, style preset names and sample images on our website belong to us.
11. Your rights under Hong Kong law
Nookly is a service. Under the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457), we must supply it with reasonable care and skill and within a reasonable time. Where digital content or goods are supplied, the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) implies that they must correspond with their description, be of merchantable quality and be fit for any particular purpose you made known to us.
Under the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), we cannot exclude or restrict these obligations when dealing with a consumer, and nothing in these terms attempts to. The Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458) also protects you against unfair terms.
If you live outside Hong Kong, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply to you in addition to these terms. Where those laws give you more protection, you get the benefit of them.
12. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Nookly available, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. If a paid plan is unavailable for a significant period, contact us and we will extend your plan or refund the affected period. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused part of the month.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where the law requires us to. Unless the breach is serious or we are legally prevented from doing so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close a paid account without a breach on your part, we refund the unused part of the current month.
14. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses where you use a Free-plan image in breach of the licence. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law or the service. For material changes, we will email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you may cancel before then. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last changed.
16. If something goes wrong
Contact us first at support@furndecofurniture.shop. We aim to reply within one business day and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
If we can't resolve it and you are in Hong Kong, the Consumer Council offers a free complaint and conciliation service. The Consumer Council is not a regulator and cannot make binding decisions. For claims up to HK$75,000 you may also use the Small Claims Tribunal, which is designed to be used without a lawyer.
If you live outside Hong Kong, you can contact the consumer advice body in your own country, and the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply to you.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you are resident, or to rely on mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country.
18. General
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your account to someone else. These terms are written in English; any translation is for convenience only.
