1. Purposes of collection
When you sign in or subscribe, we collect your email address and, when you pay, limited payment details. We use them to:
- create and manage your Nookly account and send you sign-in links;
- provide your plan's monthly image allowance;
- process payments and refunds, and send receipts and renewal or price-change notices;
- answer your questions and complaints;
- prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
2. Is it voluntary?
Yes. You can make Free-plan images without giving us any personal data. To open an account or subscribe, an email address is required; if you don't provide it, we can't set up the account or plan.
3. Who we may transfer it to
We may transfer your personal data, only for the purposes above, to these classes of recipients, who may be inside or outside Hong Kong:
- our website hosting, database and email delivery providers;
- PCI DSS-compliant payment processors;
- professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers;
- law-enforcement or regulatory bodies where the law requires.
We will not use or transfer your personal data for direct marketing without your consent.
4. Access and correction
You have the right to ask whether we hold your personal data, to request a copy and to ask us to correct it. We may charge a reasonable fee for a copy, as the Ordinance allows, and will tell you the amount first. Send requests to:
