What is sold here
Nookly is a software service that generates AI illustrations of small isometric rooms. We offer a Free plan and three monthly subscriptions, Corner (US$5.99 USD), Loft (US$12.99 USD) and Estate (US$26.99 USD), each with a stated number of images per month. Everything is delivered digitally. See Pricing.
Despite the company name, Nookly does not sell furniture. The furniture shown in its illustrations is invented artwork and not for sale.
Taxes and currency
Prices are charged in US dollars (USD). Hong Kong does not levy sales tax. Where your country requires tax on digital services, it is shown before you pay.
Payments
Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant payment providers. Charges appear on card statements as NOOKLY.
Dispute resolution
Contact us first. Customers in Hong Kong can also approach the Consumer Council (a complaint and conciliation body, not a regulator) or the Small Claims Tribunal for claims up to HK$75,000. Customers elsewhere keep the protection of their local consumer laws and advice services. We have not joined any online dispute resolution scheme.
