2. File specifications
- Free: square PNG, 640 × 640 px, with a visible watermark.
- Corner: square PNG, 1254 × 1254 px, no watermark.
- Loft: square PNG or transparent-background PNG, 2048 × 2048 px, no watermark.
- Estate: everything in Loft, plus phone wallpaper (1179 × 2556 px) and desktop wallpaper (2560 × 1440 px).
The model draws each room at up to 1254 px; larger sizes are produced by high-quality resampling, and wallpaper sizes place the cut-out room on a background in your chosen colour. Transparent backgrounds are cut out automatically and very fine details at the edge may be softened.

3. What you need
A current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge with JavaScript enabled. Nothing needs to be installed. Nookly works on phones, tablets and computers.
4. Keep your files
We don't store your finished images, so please save your downloads. Within the same browser session you can re-download or re-finish rooms from the “This session” strip without using another image.
5. Where Nookly is available
Nookly is available worldwide, except where we are prevented by applicable sanctions or other laws from providing it.
6. If a delivery fails
If a render fails, nothing is taken from your allowance and you can try again. If your allowance doesn't appear after payment, or a download won't work, email support@furndecofurniture.shop or call +852 2590 0268 and we'll fix it or refund you.
