1. How to report
Email support@furndecofurniture.shop with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- your name and contact details, and whether you are the rights owner or act for them;
- a description of the work or trademark you believe is infringed;
- where the material appears (a link, or a description of the Nookly style or feature);
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
2. What we do
- We acknowledge notices within two business days.
- Where a notice is valid, we remove or disable the material, or update our content checks so the style, product or mark can no longer be requested.
- If content belonging to a user is affected, we tell them and give them a chance to respond with a counter-notice.
- We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
3. How Nookly reduces the risk
- Style presets describe general art directions and never name or imitate a living artist.
- Requests mentioning real brands, logos, signature furniture products or protected characters are refused.
- There is no image upload, so users can't feed other people's work into the generator.
This process is designed to work for rights owners worldwide, including under the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528) of Hong Kong and the notice procedures of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Please don't send false notices; misrepresentations can carry legal liability.
