2. The licence we grant
To the extent we hold any rights in an image you generate, FURNDECO FURNITURE LIMITED grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, copy, modify and display it: for personal, non-commercial purposes if it was made on the Free plan, and for personal and commercial purposes if it was made on a paid plan. Commercial licences include the right to sell products that feature the image.
You may not sell, license or distribute the unmodified image files themselves as standalone digital assets (for example, as stock images or downloadable packs), or register them as a trademark or logo.
3. Things to know
- Not exclusive. Other people choosing similar settings may get similar rooms.
- Copyright may not exist. In some countries, images made mainly by AI can't be protected by copyright, so you may not be able to stop others copying them.
- Keep the AI label. Don't remove the AI-generation metadata to present an image as a photograph or as made without AI.
- Your text is yours. You are responsible for any plaque text and for making sure it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
- Follow the rules. The licence does not cover uses that break the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Our website images
Sample rooms, scenes and clips on the Nookly website belong to us and aren't covered by this licence. Ask us if you'd like to use one, for example in an article about Nookly.
